How a Project Runs
Start to finish, in three phases
We enjoy working together with you during the preconstruction phase to the completion of your project, working through any challenges that may arise.
The Pre-Construction Phase
Planning, designing, budgeting, and value engineering your project, through to obtaining buildable blueprints and permits.
The Construction Phase
Hiring, managing, and scheduling subcontractors, materials acquisition, safety management, project build-out, and the final clean up.
The Post-Construction Phase
Final building inspection records from your local permitting agency, a list of the subcontractors and vendors who worked on your project, copies of all permits, as-built plans, and any warranties and owner manuals for the equipment built into your project.

In three phases: pre-construction (planning, designing, budgeting, value engineering, blueprints, permits), construction (subcontractors, materials, safety management, build-out, final clean up), and post-construction (inspection records, subcontractor and vendor list, permits, as-built plans, warranties, and owner manuals).
Do you handle small jobs too?
Yes. No job is too small, and we do it all, from a single facilities maintenance task to a complete renovation.
